About the SERV
The Office of Student Services (OSS) is focused on helping students develop their full potential through its various primary services, programs, and events. It oversees the management of the school first aid stations; monitors the work hours of student scholars; give referrals for dormitories and student housing; manages institutional events such as Incorporation Rites, Equatorial Rites, and provides assistance to the Graduation Committee headed by the University Registrar as well as the University Opening Rites headed by PIA; non-academic and liturgical events such as Eucharistic Procession and Confirmation. The Student Services also facilitates in the implementation of the Code of Student Discipline mandated by the University, handles the processing of student disciplinary cases, mandatory random drug testing, as well as the publication of the student handbook and other communication related concerns of students.
Institutional Event Management
OSS implements UA&P institutional events, such as the Incorporation and Equatorial rites, and assists the Graduation Committee in the Graduation as well as Public and International Affairs Office (PIA) in the University Opening Rites in accordance to University standards.
Liturgical Event Management
OSS collaborates with the Chaplaincy office in providing an opportunity for the UA&P community to further increase their interior life by providing activities and occasions to promote a deeper understanding of religious doctrine and enhance spiritual growth, such as liturgical celebrations and paraliturgical celebrations, and opportunities for prayer.

Your feedback is vital to the enhancement of your learning experience. Thus, UA&P students are encouraged to answer the Student Welfare & Feedback Form (SWFF) to request assistance, share any current concerns regarding their University life, report an incident requiring attention from the administration, or give suggestions for the improvement of the University’s programs and services.
