Emergency Drills (Fire & Earthquake) – Regular fire and earthquake drills are scheduled at least twice a year. In addition to these, there may be unannounced emergency drills held on random days during the school year. If necessary, and if there is an opportunity to do so, at least one of these unannounced fire drills features a fire simulation that may include generation of smoke, the arrival of fire trucks, and a mock rescue operation.

Student Assistant Monitoring & Development Program
The Office of Student Services (OSS) takes care of the university scholars, particularly the financial grantees or student assistants (SA) by monitoring their contractual obligations to the university. SAs are assigned to the different units and schools and are monitored on a monthly basis using a timesheet duly noted by their individual moderators.
